Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI-Assisted Product Research Funnel by TheFBABros (the “Service”), operated by JCDC Ventures Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Singapore. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

The Service is for business use. You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

Your account

You sign in by verifying an email address you control. We send a 6-digit code; entering it creates a session tied to that email. Keep your email account secure. We treat anyone who can prove control of an email as the account holder.

Credits and purchases

The Service uses a credit system. One credit pays for either one Market Dominator niche scan or one full-funnel unlock for one product. Searching Amazon by keyword, tuning filters on the results page, and re-opening an already-unlocked product are free.

Credits you purchase do not expire. We may change credit pack pricing at any time; price changes never affect credits you have already bought.

Stripe processes all payments. We do not store your full card details. Receipts are available in your account.

Refunds

Purchased credits are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, on request to clarence@jcdcventures.com, provided no credits from that purchase have been consumed. After 14 days, or once any credit from a purchase has been used, that purchase is non-refundable.

If a scan fails to produce usable data, the credit for that scan is refunded to your balance automatically.

We may revoke unused credits if a payment is disputed, charged back, or refunded outside of this policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, mirror, or republish data from third parties beyond what they permit.
• Resell or sub-licence access to other people without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Automate use beyond the rate limits we set, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Use the Service to facilitate any unlawful activity, including intellectual-property infringement, defamation, harassment, or fraud.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

Your content

“Research inputs” means the keywords, ASINs, marketplaces, product candidates, notes, and pastes you submit. You keep all rights in your research inputs. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process them only to the extent needed to provide the Service to you.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, scoring methodology, user interface, branding, and documentation, belongs to JCDC Ventures Pte. Ltd. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

AI-generated outputs

The Service uses AI models (currently Anthropic Claude) to summarise research and surface candidate verdicts. AI outputs are informational only and are not professional, financial, or investment advice. Final product-launch decisions are yours. Inspect, validate, and apply your own judgement before acting on any output.

Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that every external data source will respond. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, or to comply with legal obligations.

Disclaimers

Amazon FBA carries commercial risk. The Service helps you analyse niches and products; it makes no promise of any specific business outcome. Past scan results do not predict future Amazon marketplace conditions. You are solely responsible for your decisions, purchases, listings, advertising, and compliance with Amazon’s policies and applicable laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunity.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or loss arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe continued access would cause harm. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute relating to the Service or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
